Paradise Coffee was born from a chance vacation to this beautiful Island…
Founding member, Fritz Sajovitz, has worked in the food service industry from an early age, and in various countries, but it was in Bermuda that he first got to work exclusively with coffee, his passion for many years. Following a last minute detoured vacation to Grand Cayman in 2006, an idea evolved and several months later Paradise Coffee was formed.
From the humble beginnings of a home office and storage lock up, Fritz set to work introducing a new single brew coffee pod system to the Cayman Islands.
The small product line back then was a far cry from the hundreds of coffee and related products the company offers today. The ultimate aim was to offer all things coffee, from the various packaging formats to the many accessories and supplies …….. you name it, the chances are we have it!
In 2012 the company proudly introduced its own line of coffees under the ‘Paradise Coffee’ brand. New premises were found and the small boutique roastery was set up alongside our retail store. Green beans were imported from various continents then roasted and packaged, all in the heart of George Town. So began the introduction of Cayman’s own coffee with home-made Cayman blends such as Good Morning Cayman, Cayman Gold and Black Coral.
